New Esty Banner !

So, I have this super awesome friend named Jess, who redesigned my peach vintage logo for me and if you haven't been to the shop front lately you should totally go check it out and let me know what you think!
Oh! and did ya notice Peach Vintage is on Twitter ! Go ahead and follow us for all your peachy updates and heads up on specials and sales!

Anyway, just finished a "fix it" job. So, my good friend, Sara, owns our local fabric shop, Beyond Fabric, and she asked if I could fix these slip covers for a pregnancy massage pillow set a customer brought in because her seamstress was book up and I said ok. I've had them for about 3weeks, taking up precious space in my house while I finished my own projects. So, I finally got to them the other day,Had to rip out pretty much all the other persons work and start over, but I managed and was able to finally put one more project behind me and get them out of my house!
Here's Colebear using the belly pillow as a lounger! He thought it was the greatest ever! My silly boy. He was totally bummed we didn't get o keep it.
Well, I'm super happy that now I get to go back to working on my Christmas presents and Peachy products for the shop. First up is finishing the Christmas quilt taking up my work station! Got some super groovy vintage thermos's the other day that I think I'll be listing on Etsy in the next few days and I have piles of furniture to be worked on for the Pickers Market booth. Tasty's is in the final stages before opening( super exciting!) so it's crazy over here but I feel it starting to ease up and I'm really looking forward to the new year.

Thankgiving Contest Winner!

So finally! Got my act together and picked the winner! out of a hat no less!

So, Virgina, go head and message me and I'll get things going on your doll, and sorry again for the delay everyone. I truly apologize from the bottom of my heart.
As soon as my husband's restaurant ,Tasty's, opens I think I'll be able to resume my regular Peach Vintage daydreams and design work. After a year of planning and months of work on the building, I think we will be opening for business very soon and some kind of normalcy will resume in the Southwell House, as our schedules become set again, instead of the last minute "I need your help today's" I've lived with the last few weeks. (and please don't take that as a complaint, I have loved every minute I spent helping my husband achieve this dream of his, but it has taken away a lot of the time I would usually spend on Peach Vintage, so it is what it is.)

The Pickers Market Booth!

So, if you have been following us on Facebook you know Thursday,Dec 1, was move in day at The Pickers Market.  We are all moved in now and everything is looking Christmas pretty.
When my momma-in-law,Marla, came to me as asked if I wanted to open a booth with her I was like "Heck Yeah! lets do this thing!" . Our booth is a great mix of true vintage pieces, Shabby Chic, Modern Vintage, and Handmade items, everything I always wanted out for my Peach Vintage vision.  I love thrifting and  re-doing furniture, it's something I started getting into when I met my husband, but a house can only hold so much and I had to taper off on my buys and start being particular. Not anymore! Our pickers booth gives me a place for all those special repainted, reupholstered, or perfectly peachy furniture find to be shared. I really love what I do and I put my heart into every redesign and handmade item I make so that hopefully it will be just as special a piece for your home as it was for me to make. so if your in the Fernandina area make your way down to  The Pickers Market and Check us out. I Promise you'll love what you find:)
